At Lak AI, we want every student to feel confident when upgrading. If you subscribe to a paid plan and fail your academic year, you may be eligible for a full refund under the terms below.
The refund applies to the $35 yearly Premium feature-access purchase. To qualify, you must provide official documentation from your university or school confirming that you failed the academic year covered by your subscription period.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your final results for the relevant academic year. Requests received after this window cannot be processed.
We refund the full subscription amount paid for the current billing period. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Free credits, purchased credit packs, and previously consumed credits are not eligible for refunds. The guarantee applies to the yearly Premium fee only, not to any third-party processing fees that may be charged by your payment provider.
Send an email to support@lak-ai.com with your account email, proof of academic failure, and the date of your subscription. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
